Data we process
Contact and address data, order and payment data, optional account data, and technically necessary storage. Optional analytics only with consent.
Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract (orders, shipping, customs paperwork), legal obligations (accounting), and consent for optional services. For EU customers the GDPR applies; for Hong Kong the PDPO.
Recipients
Carriers and customs authorities in the destination country, our Bangkok workshop (production data without payment data), hosting providers.
Analytics, advertising and messaging
Only after you accept in the cookie settings: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland / Google LLC) measures page views and shop events (product view, add to cart, checkout, purchase) – analytics consent; the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) measures the same events for advertising – marketing consent. When we book your payment we may report a 'payment received' conversion (order number, value, currency; no name, email or address) to these providers, only if your recorded choice allows it. Google Consent Mode keeps all signals denied until you decide. You can change or withdraw your choice any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page. Order emails are sent via Resend. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (Meta) only when you click it.
